My first blog posting.

My name is Trudy and I am at the start of a new direction in my life.  I am proud to share with you all my very first blog posting.  I am glad it was not as difficult as I thought it might be.  I completed a Bachelor of Nursing in 1996 so it has been a while since I have done any formal education.  I am excited to be doing this for myself and my family.  I had thought for some years about doing this course and getting my teaching qualifications but as with most things in life, it usually takes just that one crucial phrase or moment in time to really convince yourself that this is what you should be doing.  I am excited to get back into study mode, having said that, the whole new world of blogging and wikki's is very foreign to me, I am not used to putting myself out there for everyone to see.  So with this in mind, I hope I can overcome some of my blogging shyness and make my blog interesting and insightful and most of all a great reflection of my own learning journey.
